Here you are! You made it to another year. 2015 has finally arrived and this year breeds opportunity for you to embark on. For some, opportunities may come easy, but others it may be a struggle. Have you ever felt like you were on track and heading in the right direction only to be side tracked by other challenges that jump right in the way? Or you wrote down some new year goals, only to find out half way that a goal is really unrealistic?
Listen, I got news for you! Any goals, resolutions or dreams you have for yourself right now at this very moment, I want you to set it aside. You see the biggest challenges and obstacles you face is not those goals, resolutions or dreams but it is YOU! Yes, deep down in the pits of it, it is you! Sometimes you must step back, evaluate your situation and prepare your self for success. Prepare yourself, physically, emotionally and financially, and then set sail to achieve success like no other.
Let’s get the ball rolling! I’ve compiled 7 Hot Tips to get you prepared to do champion work in a beasty way! Call it comeback, center stage or whatever get’s you fired up!
1. ALIGN YOURSELF BY STAYING POSITIVE
It is one of the biggest challenges you will ever face, but you must be able to keep yourself aligned to a positive mindset. The way you do this is by starting your morning by yourself for 10 minutes, telling yourself that you are ready to face anything that comes your way. Don’t let anyone’s thoughts, opinions and gossip affect what you are set out to do. Eliminate negative thoughts by staying proactive and keeping yourself in tune with your daily goals.
2. ELIMINATE DOUBT BY SELF-TALK
I do this often. Listen, life is not easy but you must be willing to talk yourself into success. Fear and negativity is the family of doubt and the source of not accomplishing a worthy goal is simply because of some sort of doubt. You must believe that you are worthy of accomplishing any of your goals simply by speaking and listening to your inner voice.
3. ACCEPT FAILURE AND TURN IT INTO A LESSON.
Failure is part of the equation to success. I tell everyone I come across that you must make mistakes and fail from time to time to benchmark just how much you need to grow and learn. Begin with accepting failure as a life lesson. Regardless of where you are at in your business, it is important for you to remember that you will always be a student of failure. Embrace It!!
4. ACHIEVE SMALL GOALS DAILY
I cannot emphasize this enough. You must be willing to step up to accomplishing small goals 7 days a week. Small goals add up in a big way. It gives you positive reinforcement to keep you aligned daily and perspective to eliminate what is working for you and what is not. Every small goal you achieve, gets you that much closer to the greater outcome! Stand Strong and Get Busy!
5. AVOID NEGATIVE PEOPLE, IMMEDIATELY!
Negative people bring an interesting cocktail to the table of success, because they can blur your vision and distract you from your purpose. If you goals are bigger than the negative people that come in and out of your life, be ready to chop down a few names on your contact list. Negative people don’t play nice when it comes to supporting others so you must create a positive outlet so your time is limited around such people.
6. JUMP ON A FITNESS AND NUTRITION PROGRAM
When you can find 30-45 minutes a day to work out and another 45-60 min to prepare meals, you will create a relentless force from the inside out. When you live with a definitive purpose to achieve the impossible fitness and nutrition gives you clarity and strength to keep going. I can not say enough about how much this one has changed my life in a positive way.
7. GO HARD and DONT GIVE UP
You must do your best every step of the way. Even if you fall short, you can say you gave it your all daily. All your goals and dreams are truly built around you having a complete understand of your purpose. Don’t give up means that you must know when to keep going and know when to adapt make changes but stay on the path to your outcome. Remember to rest up, eat healthy and GO HARD!
