We are going to breakdown these 3 core elements to growing a fabulous referral business. At every stage of growing your business you must apply an active strategy to create more business.

  1. Ask For Referrals Online

One of the best ways to bring your business to an all time high is by simply asking. We must be willing to extend ourselves behind the chair and ask for more business. A social media post:  “Like my work? I’m looking to add more amazing clients to my list. Know of anyone? Send them my way and I will personal gift you with a service of your choice.”

Make this an ongoing post and revise weekly to attract new business. Be clear and have others helping in spreading what you love to do.

  1. Send a referral letter via email to your existing clients.

This has been a winner for me! A letter with an expression of gratitude and appreciation of your clients business is a great way to open up the email. Next would be and note that you are looking for more clients, like your existing and if would be an honor to service their family, friends and coworkers. Be specific and consistent. It takes time, but once you get in a routine, this can take your business to a whole new level.

  1. Offer a Time-Bound Referral Bonus

Clients sometimes forget that you have a referral campaign running. Make your referral campaign time-sensitive by putting a end-date to receive a bonus or gift if they refer someone to you. In this time-sensitive process, clients will think about a few people within moments that could use your service.

  1. Give an Signature Service by yours truly

When clients visit you for the first time, a signature service that creates an awesome experience will leave them wanting more and talking about just how great you are. A signature touch can consist of offering a premium deep conditioning or a free product that is only offered by you. Maybe offering a premium beverage, like wine and champagne that is exclusive and helps to extend that special touch. A signature touch will get you stronger Yelp reviews, build a positive reputation and get you more referrals.

 

 

Take Action  

The key is to take action. Apply at least one of these to your weekly schedule. Stay consistent and remain proactive. If getting more clients is an issue, having a system in place is key to building a stronger business.
